Reflections from connections…

I could see that she was struggling with not having enough energy in her voice and in her throat, I knew this because her voice sounded empty and vacant.

I asked her to put one hand on her throat and one hand on her solar plexus power centre and after a few breaths said to her - which centre has more energy in it, your throat or your solar plexus?

She said her solar plexus had a lot more energy in it than her throat.

I said what does that mean to you? And she said…

A woman’s voice unspoken

A woman’s voice unheard

A woman’s voice outraged

A woman’s voice longing

In so many words…

Then she said what can I do about it? How can I even then out and feel more energy in my throat?

I said how do you feel about the words you just spoke?

She said I feel relieved, I feel sad, I feel angry.

I say this is how we can help our throat energy and our whole being.

By saying That and then Feeling This.

After you have spoken what you truly feel, even just to yourself, feel how the throat hums and buzzes with gratitude.

Say it out loud in a quiet space and hear the sound of your own voice, you’ll be surprised as to what you feel.
